Magnet Match: Pull & Pop · Effective 11 October 2026
By downloading or playing Magnet Match: Pull & Pop (the "Game"), published by Krytex Games ("we"), you agree to these terms.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the Game on your devices for non-commercial use. All content in the Game (art, characters, music, code) belongs to Krytex Games or its licensors.
Virtual items
The Game offers virtual items such as coins, gems and boosters, earned in play or bought with real money through Google Play. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred outside the Game. You get a licence to use them in the Game, not ownership. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Fair play
Do not cheat, hack, modify the Game, exploit bugs or use automated tools. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ads
The Game may show ads, including optional rewarded ads that give in-game rewards.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the Game or any feature at any time. We may update these terms; continuing to play means you accept the new version.
Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
