Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Krytex Games ("we") collects when you play Magnet Match: Pull & Pop (the "Game"), why, and your choices. Contact: krytexgames2026@gmail.com.

Data we collect

• Account data (optional): if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google name, email address and an account ID. If you play as a guest, an anonymous account ID is created instead.
• Game progress: level, XP, stars, coins, gems and items, stored in the cloud so you can keep your progress.
• Gameplay and usage data: events such as levels started, finished or quit, moves used and time played.
• Device identifiers: the Android advertising ID, a Firebase installation ID and a push notification token.
• Approximate location: country or region derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
• Crash and diagnostic data: crash reports and performance information about the app.
• Purchase history: records of in-app purchases made through Google Play. We never receive your card or payment details; Google Play processes all payments.

How we use it

• To run the Game, save and restore your progress and deliver purchased items.
• To understand how players use the Game, balance levels and fix bugs and crashes.
• To show ads, including rewarded ads you choose to watch, and measure their performance.
• To send optional notifications about the Game (you can turn these off in Android settings).

Third-party services

We use these services, which process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) – firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Google AdMob (advertising) – policies.google.com/technologies/ads
• Google Play Billing (purchases) – policies.google.com/privacy

Advertising partners may receive your advertising ID, approximate location and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Android settings.

We do not sell your personal data.

Security and storage

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Google Cloud servers, which may be located outside your country.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and progress data while your account exists. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. To delete your account and data, follow the steps on our account deletion page or email us; we delete it within 30 days.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data. Email us to make a request.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the Game.
