How to request deletion
- Send an email to krytexgames2026@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Magnet Match account".
- Send it from, or include, the Google account email you used to sign in to the game.
- We will confirm by email and delete your account and data within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your sign-in account: Google name, email address and account ID.
- Your cloud game progress: level, XP, stars, coins and gems.
What may be kept
- Anonymous gameplay statistics (for example level start and finish events). These are not linked to your name or email and are deleted automatically within 14 months.
- Progress saved only on your phone stays there until you uninstall the game or clear its data.
Playing as a guest?
Guest progress is not linked to any personal details. Uninstalling the game removes it from your phone. To also remove its cloud copy, email us and tell us roughly when you last played.
